Abstract Submission


An English abstract within 300 words in a specified layout should be submitted through the online submission system.

Full Manuscript Publication


Conference paper included in the Proceedings of SPIE (EI indexed). The full manuscript should be submitted before November 10 through SPIE submission system (open soon). Each manuscript must be (a) original research on an SPIE topic; (b) written in clear English; (c) accompanied by necessary references only; (d) at least four full pages, single spaced and single column; with figures no larger than necessary, and (e) use the SPIE template.


Authors who have the right to submit manuscripts for Proceedings of SPIE must:

1. Register and attend ESIT 2022.

2. Present the work as scheduled in the Program.

3. Pay the manuscript processing fee.


Manuscript Requirements:

i. Cover research relevant to the ESIT 2022 call for papers.

ii. Be at least four full pages long with figures no larger than necessary.

iii. Contain technical data, methodology, and description to explain results and support conclusions, and proper references and figure credits.

iv. Be written in clear English, including figure legends and references.

v. Include only citations that are necessary to the paper.

Please note that the manuscript might be rejected by SPIE if

1. The manuscript is not in adherence with SPIE format specifications or does not reach SPIE on time. (SPIE will contact authors whose manuscripts have formatting problems. The authors shall be responsible for correcting any problems and submitting revisions in a timely manner.)

2. The manuscript with too high similarity according to Crossref Similarity Check.

3. Any no-show paper will not be published or indexed.
